Terms and Conditions apply to all users who access and purchase the products made available through the website and www.youlikeitstore.com (pt) (henceforth called the “Website”).

Any individual or collective person wishing to access the Website and / or buying the products published by youlikeitstore.com through its website, can do so by simply reading the Terms and Conditions applicable, as well as all other rules and the principles governing the use of the Website and the contracting of the products published by youlikeitstore.com.

Contracts will be considered made by them in the exercise of the right to legal representation.

4. Product Acquisition

How to purchase a product in youlikeitstore.com

(Before registration you should read the home page of our Terms and Conditions)

4.1 To register you must complete all the fields.
4.2 On the home page, through the various categories you can choose the product you want and add to cart.
4.3 Choose the desired amount of product.
4.4 Confirm your data and choose the payment method (ATM, bank transfer, VISA, PayPal or billing).
4.5 You will receive an email confirming your order.
4.6 If payment is made by ATM, references are valid for 48h, after this period the order is canceled.
4.7 If payment is made by bank transfer you must send the appropriate certification to the email: [email protected] within 48h, after this period the order is canceled.

5. Price and Product Features

The prices indicated on this site, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid only for the date they are announced, and will remain in force for the customer who makes the purchase on that day, even if they receive the articles purchased later. All items shown on this site are subject to stock availability as of the time the article is collected in the warehouse.

The established prices, except for spelling errors or publication errors, are expressed in Euros and include the current VAT rate, delivery costs are not included. And in the case of an error in pricing or designation of characteristics, sizes, weights or measures, we can only make a commitment to cancel the sale and return the total amount paid by the customer immediately.

Product prices may be subject to change without notice.

6. Conditions for completion of the sale

6.1 The product purchase agreement will only take place if “TwoMii Comercio Online, Lda” can successfully register the user’s payment.

6.2 Payment by the user takes place immediately after the introduction of payment information.

7. Images and Shipping Product

7.1. All images and graphical representations present in the website (for example, photos of the products or colors) may not correspond to reality, since the definitions of cameras (flash, etc.) or the display sharpness can change the colors of the products. The images here placed by You Like It Store try to be the most exemplary of reality. To avoid getting a color that is not intended, we advise you to search carefully for the product and color, or contact You Like It Store for more information.

7.2. The product will be shipped once payment is registered.
7.3. Portugal, daily shipments of 75% of orders expected within 24 / 48h. * Except stock rupture.
For the remaining 25% it can take up to 12 business days. * Except stock rupture.
* Delivery times are indicative and therefore valid considering that there is no unexpected events, or any error in the delivery address. We recall that it is only possible to change the delivery address if your order has not been issued by our warehouses.

The order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours since the formalization of the request, provided that all products requested are in stock. From that moment, it may take 24-48 hours for the carrier or CTT to deliver the request to the destination.

We only process deliveries on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

We don’t make deliveries to POs.

7.4. Madeira and Azores, daily shipments of 75% of orders expected within 8 days. * Except stock rupture.
For the remaining 25% it can take up to 12 business days. * Except stock rupture.
* Delivery times are indicative and therefore valid considering that there is no unexpected events, or any error in the delivery address. We recall that it is only possible to change the delivery address if your order has not been issued by our warehouses.

8. Warranty / Returns / Exchanges

8.1. The Customer may cancel your order at any time until it is sent, with the right to be reimbursed for all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise the right of return, as soon as it fulfills all the conditions.

8.2. The holder of the product is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, except the sending value, in a period that doesn’t exceed 14 days after the date of purchase*, the cost of Exchange or Refund will be borne by the customer and the refund will be made only after product verification at the arrival of the same to our facilities. After this period, the holder of the product may trigger the guarantee.
To return, change or activate a warranty it must be requested via email [email protected] using a form that must always follow with the product. Products without this form filled out correctly will not be accepted.

The intimate personal hygiene products cannot be returned. The receipt of the article will only be accepted if properly packed and protected for transport.

* Large products are shipped directly from the manufacturer through the Dropshpping service and are excluded from the possibility of return unless a quality problem is detected at the time of receipt. The information of the dimensions of the articles is always present in its description.

8.3. To activate warranty you should send the product’s photos attached with a detailed description of the anomaly to the email: [email protected]

8.4. The guarantee will only be triggered after an analysis of the product and if it detects anomaly manufacturing, excluding any signs of misuse or normal wear and tear (eg batteries, or replacing consumables with the use of wear).

8.5. We only carry out exchanges or returns if the product is intact, with original packaging and conditions of sale. Products whose packaging is damaged, written or has glued labels (eg labels carrier, ctt, etc ..) will not be accepted.

8.6. To make the return of a product you must submit the article properly identified with the number of order and your data to our facility within a maximum period of 14 days after purchase.

8.7. The return / refund may take up to a maximum of 14 business days after the appointment of IBAN.

We are not responsible for loss, so we advise you to request that products are sent in the registered form.
Any return sent to our facilities without order number will not be processed.

9. Clothing and Footwear

9.1 The conditions are the same as the previous topic but also include the case where there is dirt on the product. Clothing and footwear can be exchanged (excluding intimate hygiene), if there is a mistake in the selected size, provided that the size the customer wants is available and he/she assumes the cost of returning and of the new shipment.

10. Functionality and availability Website

The You Like It reserves the right to modify, limit or cancel at any time the functionality of the Web page, provided that they are not required to implement purchase agreements already concluded. While You Like It strives to provide its service without the occurence of technical problems, the use of its web page may be limited and/or temporarily interrupted, particularly for maintenance, upgrades and/or other problems. Eventually, data loss may occur. You Like It does not assume any warranty relating to the availability of the service or the absence of technical problems or data loss, that don’t concern You Like It directly.

11. Copyright

The You Like It reserves all copyright and other rights to the service, as well as the content, information, images, videos and databases published (henceforth referred to as “protected property”). It is therefore expressly forbidden to modify, reproduce, publish, transmit to third parties and / or any other use of protected property without the prior written permission of You Like It.

12. Changes to the conditions of use

12.1 You Like It can update these conditions of use in order to meet the legal requirements or the operating changes. You can refer to the current conditions of use any time through youlikeitstore.com.

12.2 In case a contractual relationship between You Like It and the user has already been established, the changed conditions of use are only valid if You Like It informs the user of the change, if the user has not disputed in writing the validity of the changed terms of use within two weeks, and if the user has been informed of the legal consequences in case of no contest.

13. Partial Invalidity

If a provision, present or future, of the contract is or becomes wholly or partly ineffective / void or unenforceable for reasons other than those set out in Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 446/85, the validity the other provisions of this contract will not be affected as long as the contract considering the regulation it follows, does not represent an obligation that can not be required by one of the parties. The same applies if, after conclusion of the contract, there is a gap that needs to be completed. The parties shall replace the void provision / null / not feasible or the gap that needs to be completed for an effective provision in its legal and economic content, that corresponds to the void / null / not feasible provision and the overall purpose of the contract.

14. Applicable Law / Forum

14.1 This contract is subject to Portuguese law.

14.2 For all matters arising from this Agreement, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the District Court of Porto.

15. Dispute Resolution

Notice to the Consumer

(under Law No 144/2015 of 8 September)

According to Law nº144 / 2015, of September 8th, we indicate on this page the List of Centers of Arbitration for Consumer Conflicts, recognized by the General Directorate for Consumer Affairs, which may appeal in case of dispute with our company, products and services on our site.

If you are dissatisfied and wish to state your situation, you may do so by contacting the competent Alternative Dispute Resolution Authority in your area.

APPLICABLE LAW

15.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all emerging litigations that are related to these general conditions, including their validity, use of the online store Youlikeitstore.com or any purchase thereof should be governed by Portuguese law.

15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these Terms and General Terms of Sale, Ideoma and the Purchaser shall endeavor to obtain an amicable solution, which is fair and adequate, within the term maximum of 60 (sixty) days counted from the receipt of the communication addressed to that effect by any of the parties involved.

15.3 In the event of consumer disputes, the consumer may use the European online dispute resolution platform available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr. To know the entities of Alternative Dispute Resolution registered consumers see the Consumer Portal at www.consumidor.pt.

15.4 In the absence of an amicable settlement, pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and in case of non-compliance with these Terms and General Terms of Sale, both parties shall establish as a competent forum the Civil Court of Porto, expressly renouncing any other.
